These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://mybloombroker.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Bloom Brokerage LLC (“Bloom Brokerage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully. By using the Site or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, submitting an online inquiry form, requesting a quote, calling us, texting us, or otherwise engaging with Bloom Brokerage, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using the Site and our services.

2. Services Provided

Bloom Brokerage LLC is an insurance brokerage and financial advisory services company. We help clients review their needs, compare options, and place coverage or financial products with third parties.

  • We are a licensed broker, not an insurer. We do not underwrite, issue, or administer insurance policies. We do not pay claims and we do not guarantee that any carrier will accept your application.
  • Coverage is placed with third-party carriers. Any policy you purchase is issued by an insurance carrier and is governed by that carrier’s policy terms, conditions, exclusions, and underwriting rules. Your rights under a policy are against the carrier, not against Bloom Brokerage.
  • Financial advisory services are provided based on the information you give us. Products and recommendations are subject to the terms of the issuing institution or provider.
  • No attorney or tax advice. Nothing on the Site or in our communications is legal, tax, or accounting advice. Please consult your own professionals for those matters.

We may add, change, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Eligibility

To use the Site or our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Be a resident of the United States;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when you submit an inquiry.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has submitted information, we will delete it. Our services are intended for U.S. residents only, and nothing on the Site is an offer of services outside the United States.

4. Use of Website

You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes — to learn about our services, submit an inquiry, or contact us.

5. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Bloom Brokerage LLC through our website at https://mybloombroker.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

Quotes are estimates and are subject to carrier underwriting, verification, and final approval. Insurance and financial products involve risk, and results will vary based on your circumstances and market conditions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all information on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Brokerage LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data — arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
